AWESOME ALEX SANCHEZ WAS AMAZING. VERY HELPFUL BY TOOK TIME EXPLAINING EVERYTHING TO ME PIECE BY PIECE. MY CREDIT WOULD NOT SHOW BUT, HE DIDN'T GIVE UP ON ME. HE TRIED AND TRIED UNTIL HE GOT RESULTS.
