AWESOME ALEX SANCHEZ WAS AMAZING. VERY HELPFUL BY TOOK TIME EXPLAINING EVERYTHING TO ME PIECE BY PIECE. MY CREDIT WOULD NOT SHOW BUT, HE DIDN'T GIVE UP ON ME. HE TRIED AND TRIED UNTIL HE GOT RESULTS. HE TOLD ME TO STAY IN TOUCH JUST IN CASE I HAVE ANY PROBLEMS IN THE FUTURE. MOST IMPORTANTLY WE WENT OVER THE CONCTRACT GIVING ME FULL UNDERSTANDING EACH SECTION.

Great Experience !!! My experience was greater than I could have ever imagined. Coming into this business with little to no knowledge I could not have asked for a better person to work with John held all my fears and worries in his hands and made himself available to me round the clock. I was so comfortable and at ease knowing he was handling everything. I am more knowledgeable about my business and have more help now than I could have ever imagined. Great experience !!

They Are worst company i ever been… They Are worst company i ever been dealing with and they will found any little fact to steal your money and when you try to switch to other company the hold and they don't respond till the renew date come and they will replay by saying your contract its automatic renew Please stay away from this company

Horrible company Horrible company. They pay the wrong people, they don't listen. They upset our customers. Your money is in danger as they don't have any security so our funds were hacked. Don't use Update Our company has worked with ecap for years. Our customers are very upset by how they handle business. They are awful to work with. Definitely look elsewhere.

This company is absolutely horrible This company is absolutely horrible. Been back and forth with my "account manager" for weeks trying to get a payment issue settled. It's been over a week and they cannot send MY money that I stayed in a truck months on end to work for. Account Manager does not respond to emails and blocked my phone number so I cannot get through to her. It is a disgrace. Trucking is hard enough already. Take your business elsewhere. Edit: it was updated this morning. I worked with you guys for 3 years. Multiple six figures factored through you over that time. It shouldn't have come to this.
