DEnot all coupons can be redeemed and MT5 issues! my 3 coupons for 10k and one coupon for 25 cannot be redeemed though I am entitled to redeem the coupons! I did not change my email address. Besides, on MT5 Thaurus NO prices on indices are shown up and the indices of DowJones are missing too. NO trades on indidices can be made! For more than 6 days I have been waiting for a reply after creating a ticket. Very bad customer service since they returned. In this way trust CANNOT be built up again!

IDI'm writing this review to get TFT's… I'm writing this review to get TFT's attention since I emailed support and it's been 5 days ans they never replied; I have a question. I bought my Royal challenge account during the Black Friday promotion last year. Will the terms of the promotion still be active after I get funded? Because I read on the TFT website that now Royal challenge will have a base profit split of 75%, which is massive downgrade from what was promised in the promotion at the time of my purchase. I would also like to know if the 125% refund and 10% challenge profit from phase 1 and 2 will still apply or not. Thank you

INACCOUNT COUPONS RECEIVED UPDATED REVIEW BELOW Pls help me out TFT I Am being creating ticket and email but still no reply I had 200k and 10k challenge accounts I am receiveing mails from your side yet regarding the challenge coupons, as u said 5k & 10k account size coupons are disbursed but I not received neither of my account coupons it really hurt TFT please help me out to get my coupons asap. My account number as follows 7001957 for 200k and 7001976 for 10k respectively and pls give exact dates when were getting the coupons for our accounts. UPDATED REVIEW Thank you so much TFT for your fast helping hand to provide me the coupons of my account to start my trading journey again with an amazing firm like yours, but one issue I faced when I buyed account before the profit split was 92% but now we not get that figure I was willing to pay the extra bucks for the add on of 95 % but that did not support with the coupon, except that everything is fine. Thank you once again TFT for your first response to my issue within 12 hours, I wish TFT again become the king of prop firm industry and wish you all the best for the upcoming days.
