Update : Now they are deleting all the accounts from our dashboard without responding to our complaint. They should give us at least, announcement email about the “Manually breached” system failure. So people wont spam them with so many tickets and emails. Im still waiting for their good intention.

What about 400k accounts? Can someone explain about the plans of the funded trader after their pause? I had a 400k stander account phase 1 with them which was manually breached just like many other traders before the pause. Does anyone have a clear idea about how TFT is going to fix those issues and what are they trying to tell through their emails?

not all coupons can be redeemed and MT5 issues! my 3 coupons for 10k and one coupon for 25 cannot be redeemed though I am entitled to redeem the coupons! I did not change my email address. Besides, on MT5 Thaurus NO prices on indices are shown up and the indices of DowJones are missing too. NO trades on indidices can be made! For more than 6 days I have been waiting for a reply after creating a ticket. Very bad customer service since they returned. In this way trust CANNOT be built up again!
