What about 400k accounts? Can someone explain about the plans of the funded trader after their pause? I had a 400k stander account phase 1 with them which was manually breached just like many other traders before the pause. Does anyone have a clear idea about how TFT is going to fix those issues and what are they trying to tell through their emails?

I followed all the rules and completely the 30 day’s challenge but they denied my request. This is now really frustrating and I wasn’t expecting this ill treatment from them.
