I followed all the rules and completely the 30 day’s challenge but they denied my request. This is now really frustrating and I wasn’t expecting this ill treatment from them. Have never been treated like that with sum’mit(sage). Will have to reconsider

DEnot all coupons can be redeemed and MT5 issues! my 3 coupons for 10k and one coupon for 25 cannot be redeemed though I am entitled to redeem the coupons! I did not change my email address. Besides, on MT5 Thaurus NO prices on indices are shown up and the indices of DowJones are missing too. NO trades on indidices can be made! For more than 6 days I have been waiting for a reply after creating a ticket. Very bad customer service since they returned. In this way trust CANNOT be built up again!
