What about 400k accounts? Can someone explain about the plans of the funded trader after their pause? I had a 400k stander account phase 1 with them which was manually breached just like many other traders before the pause. Does anyone have a clear idea about how TFT is going to fix those issues and what are they trying to tell through their emails?

I think the support should be more… I think the support should be more active, they used to be but now there are not. And also I just passed the phase one and is been 6 hours waiting and I haven’t received my phase 2 account !

HAVENT RECIEVED CODE AND WRONGFULLY BREACHED I havent received any coupon code that they promised. I emailed them like alot, and got no response at all. And the ticket system completely useless. Also my account suddenly got manually breached for no reason and i didnt break any rules. My account number #4030506 200k royal So please fix this ASAP! Update : Now they are deleting all the accounts from our dashboard without responding to our complaint. They should give us at least, announcement email about the “Manually breached” system failure. So people wont spam them with so many tickets and emails. Im still waiting for their good intention.
