I bought my Royal challenge account during the Black Friday promotion last year. Will the terms of the promotion still be active after I get funded? Because I read on the TFT website that now Royal challenge will have a base profit split of 75%, which is massive downgrade from what was promised in the promotion at the time of my purchase. I would also like to know if the 125% refund and 10% challenge profit from phase 1 and 2 will still apply or not. Thank you

not all coupons can be redeemed and MT5 issues! my 3 coupons for 10k and one coupon for 25 cannot be redeemed though I am entitled to redeem the coupons! I did not change my email address. Besides, on MT5 Thaurus NO prices on indices are shown up and the indices of DowJones are missing too. NO trades on indidices can be made! For more than 6 days I have been waiting for a reply after creating a ticket. Very bad customer service since they returned. In this way trust CANNOT be built up again!

coupons of accounts that were won from giveaway 🤔 I always had a motto of ‘TFT or death’ Never had the trust on any other prop firm as I have with TFT, they have come back however what I see is people who had purchased accounts before shutdown have their codes working however the accounts that were won from giveaways and were active cannot use their 100% off code, would like to know what TFT is doing for this?
