MyChargeBack firmly believes that an open, free platform allowing consumers to share their experiences with service providers is a vital asset for any business. For us, it provides access to feedback that we might otherwise not receive. And we genuinely appreciate all legitimate comments that have been posted here, both positive and negative, because they have allowed us to resolve outstanding issues, improve our products and services and better serve our clients. Unfortunately, however, Trustpilot is a thoroughly unreliable platform for consumers who wish to determine the reliability of a merchant. The algorithms developed by its anonymous and unresponsive "Content Integrity Team" are poorly designed and, as a result, regularly delete legitimate 5-star reviews submitted by real consumers who have had genuine service-related experiences. For example, in 2023 alone, Trustpilot removed approximately 30 such 5-star reviews from our page. MyChargeBack would be pleased to provide copies of those deleted but legitimate reviews to anyone who asks. In addition, due to certain ambiguities in Trustpilot rules, many fake reviews posted by spammers, scammers, hackers, and competitors remain online, even though its so-called "Content Integrity Team" does claim it attempts to interdict them. As of August 30, 2022, Trustpilot had removed 551 fake reviews that were on this page, a full 70% more than those that remained. We are not the only ones who have noted Trustpilot's erratic policies. Indeed, similar observations have been posted on Trustpilot’s own Trustpilot page. Unfortunately, we have to conclude that the wide gaps in Trustpilot’s platform create an opportunity for those with ulterior motives to mislead potential and current clients. Instead of assisting consumers in making an educated decision whether to use our services, they may be left confused. Trustpilot is a discredited source. The constant monitoring and attempt at managing fake reviews, of course, requires a substantial commitment of time and manpower. Trustpilot's institutional negligence forces us to undertake that commitment in order to ensure as much as possible that the comments posted are legitimate. Oplichters en het kost nog veel geld… Oplichters en het kost nog veel geld ook. Wegblijven bij deze gasten! Gezien het antwoord geeft al aan dat ze totaal niet geinteresseerd zijn in hun klanten; I made payments to MyCB, to the so called lawyer firm Yoram Fay, had contact with a certain Saul, Evan, David, Nate, Andrew, Stevan and many others, or are these all ONE person? I have sent an Apostille to the so called lawyers firm and so on. I just do not understand that there are satisfied "clients". Maybe because they solve problems randomly. So far, to me, it's an other, money costing, scam company! Shame on you.

I am looking into using this company I am looking into using this company, so I was going over reviews and have to say that the response team is the most thorough I have ever seen. The way you take the time and effort to set the negative reviews straight with facts is impressive. Is there anyway to receive an email stating how your program works? What I will need to pay upfront? Alphabulltrades.com currently has my funds because I made a huge mistake. However I am leading them on like everything is OK hoping I can at least hold them accountable for other people not to fall in this trap?

These people are nothing but scammers These people are nothing but scammers. I paid an upfront fee of $1000 and after months of getting nothing done. I contact my credit card company disputing the charges. That's when I got their attention. Evan S. said they traced my funds and before they can move forward he said I must cancel the dispute. So I cancel the dispute and after that Evan stopped responding to my emails claiming the dispute has not been canceled even though my credit card company canceled and took back the $1000 credit. They were smart because once I cancel I coudn't dispute it again.

I would like to say that since I was… I would like to say that since I was scammed a considerable amount of money sometime ago, I reached out to Chargeback to get advice. I can not say enough regarding Ali’s honesty when advising me on my options. Even though I chose to not continue as I felt I had lost enough as there is a risk of no return, I would highly recommend this company to anyone needing advice and direction should you fall victim to these mongrel scammers out there.
