USNo help with a scam website that was on… No help with a scam website that was on the Shop App. Beware using Affirm on any web purchase. Go to eBay they’re better at least they’ll refund your money on scam websites. Just the worst experience on the Shop App/Affirm

CAAvoid this company at all costs due to… Avoid this company at all costs due to their abysmal customer service and incompetent staff. In November 2023, my account was hacked, resulting in a $5000 loan and the purchase of 2 iPhone 15s without my consent. Despite immediately contacting Affirm and involving the police, it took them two weeks to acknowledge the fraudulent activity. Although Affirm's risk department eventually concluded the investigation in my favor, in April 2024, I received notification from Canadian credit bureaus stating I owed Affirm. Despite numerous attempts to resolve the issue with Affirm's collections department, they continuously redirect me back to Affirm. Now facing threats from a collections agency, I have no choice but to pursue legal action against Affirm. Signing up with this company has been a regrettable decision, causing immense anxiety and frustration.
