Worst customer service ever Worst customer service ever! Computer generated responses to emails. They do not take the time to actually review individual cases. I have sent them the same information multiple times and I keep getting generic responses. They do not care about their customers at all. DO NOT USE THEIR SERVICES.

Affirm system is unreliable and high… Affirm system is unreliable and high APR. I have been with Affirm for 6 years, have had multiple loans and always paid off before terms and within couple weeks, Affirm could reduce my loan amount from 6k, 7k down to $300. This company is such a joke, might as well stick with traditional credit cards

Account locked with no explanation I have been doing business with Affirm since 2017 with no issues until recently. I have always paid my loans on time or early. I have always recommended this company highly until today. They now say they can't verify my identity and then today, they locked my account and state that it is unable to be recovered. I can't even log in to make payments on my current loans. I don't know what happened to this company, but I recommend people consider carefully whether they really want to do business with a company that operates like this. I can no longer recommend this company.
