GBAccount locked with no explanation I have been doing business with Affirm since 2017 with no issues until recently. I have always paid my loans on time or early. I have always recommended this company highly until today. They now say they can't verify my identity and then today, they locked my account and state that it is unable to be recovered. I can't even log in to make payments on my current loans. I don't know what happened to this company, but I recommend people consider carefully whether they really want to do business with a company that operates like this. I can no longer recommend this company.

GBYesterday I ordered a Diamond wedding… Yesterday I ordered a Diamond wedding ring from A company called Pompeii3 that had good reviews I thought. Then overnight I decided to check out Trustpilot saw the real reviews. It is a big rip off company. It was going to be funded by Affirm. I started looking at my emails and it had not been processed yet. I called Affirm and they would not cancel the loan. They said it has not been processed yet also. I told them I had 3 days to cancel a contract. They said after it is processed and they receive the first payment that is automatically withdrawn from my account then I could contact them about a canceling this account. I had used them before and had no issues. They are a BIG RIP OFF. I am sending then a certified letter to there registered agent at a cost of $125 and start the court process. They are funding another rip off company just to make money.

GBThis is not what it says it is. When you purchase items using this platform they don’t actually purchase the item, they put in an order which is processed once you pay in full. It’s not a ripoff it’s just layaway online. Don’t use this unless you absolutely have to. I have recordings, documents, and recorded experiences I can post. Retort: You do understand and your representative confirmed that this was the case. I have the records.

GBAnother company I would not recommend… Another company I would not recommend doing business with. Sold me a bundle package samsung 5g phone with a one year prepaid phone service. And the phone is defective and they would not refund my money. Left a retired veteran on a fixed income that's had one heart attack with a defective phone. I depend on a reliable phone with my health issues and Affirm left me with a defective phone. Both Affirm and Mint mobile two terrible companies I would recommend you not do buisness with. Reply to Affirms response to my review! I tried that with both Mint mobile and Affirm and was told it was past 60 days and Mint mobile basically told me the same thing! Affirm shouldn't be doing loans for bundle packages for smart phones if you're not going to replace or refund a customer their money on a defective product! Especially when it's your only life line! The phone is only eight months old.
