CAAvoid this company at all costs due to… Avoid this company at all costs due to their abysmal customer service and incompetent staff. In November 2023, my account was hacked, resulting in a $5000 loan and the purchase of 2 iPhone 15s without my consent. Despite immediately contacting Affirm and involving the police, it took them two weeks to acknowledge the fraudulent activity. Although Affirm's risk department eventually concluded the investigation in my favor, in April 2024, I received notification from Canadian credit bureaus stating I owed Affirm. Despite numerous attempts to resolve the issue with Affirm's collections department, they continuously redirect me back to Affirm. Now facing threats from a collections agency, I have no choice but to pursue legal action against Affirm. Signing up with this company has been a regrettable decision, causing immense anxiety and frustration.

GBI don't want any solicitation… I don't want any solicitation or more credit. I have not been asking so why offer every week? I needed a bed. I'm paying off. I would of given more stars if I wasnt solicited every week

GBMonthly interest free payments on items. Would like to see more interest free items or stores available and extend the free interest to one payment per month not when making a payment every 2 weeks. A lot of people don't get paid every 2 weeks but once a month.
