It just as any other app have its hiccups but customer service is very professional and answers every concern via your app page with no problem. I gave my bank info. To have a loan deposited! Never agreed to any fees! Never was told I could not speak to a live customer service person either! I must communicate only by email! This was never disclosed- I want out immediately they are a SCAM! Demanding a refund of $4.99, NOW!
