I do not know this company Credit Genie… I do not know this company Credit Genie nor have I ever done any business with them. Some how this company got a hold of my banking Information and forcefully deducted 4.99 out of my account. They attempted last month too. I immediately contacted my bank, changed up some things to protect me from fraud and I contacted Credit Genie. There is no live person to speak to. You can only chat or email. How ridiculous! I want a refund and this company should be reported for scam. I dare you lurk and go into my account and violate my funds like that it's just despicable.
