It was a long process in the middle of a very different time for everything, but in the end Mark, Tamara, and Joel got us closed on time. Looking forward to working with them again, in a few months when rates drop lower.

What a smooth process What a smooth process! I was referred to contact Gianni Cerretani and his team members. Immediately he answered my call in a very calming voice. I explained what I was interested in and he swung in action. Within the first week of my application I was prequalified and literally in a couple of weeks I had a projective closing date. His team made the process so easy and semi-smooth.
