Learning how to invest in Tax liens and tax deeds. My Coach Ms.Tracy Lawton is very knowledgeable and she teaches how to use the system and tools available for investment decision making process. Not all liens are worth of investment. How do you know it is a good one? Her guidance and teaching are critical to my success as tax lien investor. She is very good. Looking forward for more of her tips and knowledge in this field.

Having good coaches matters Well when I first started I was really scared. Thinking, what am I getting myself into now. The coaches are really knowledgeable and guide you right through the whole process. Coach Joe M is a great teacher. I really understood what he was teaching me and I could ask him anything I didn't understand. I still have a little ways to go in my new adventures but I'm happy to have these coaches by my side.

Coach Eric is Awesome! My coach, Eric Lloyd, has been awesome! He has guided me step by step through the process of acquiring tax liens & deeds, and I've learned a lot! The top level information about tax liens & deeds is great, but the devil is in the details once you dive int and Eric has been a great mentor through that process. I also liked that he would give me "homework" at the end of our sessions which gave me specific direction rather than maneuvering through the software on my own. I've purchased a few tax liens and converted one into a TDA, so waiting to see how that plays out. There's still a lot more to learn!

United Tax liens United Tax liens , what can I say. Oh yes I know the word awesome ! My Coach Mason is so helpful . He walked me Through the process steep by steep . Even when life threw me a curve ball, Mason was there like gos. He was able to get me back on track and help me see how to restructure my game plan . I have bought several Tax Leins now and I am Looking forward to many many More . So yeah awesome !!!!!!!

Gentle Pusher Suzanne Lederer was the missing key and glue to help on my Real Estate journey. She was extremely well organized; she communicates well and has a go getter energy about her. She gently pushes you to take action and in turn you develop a confidence to move forward. I wish I would have found her 10 years ago and am sad that I only get a short time with her. If you get her as your coach, consider yourself on of the blessed ones, and take advantage of your time with her.
