Having good coaches matters Well when I first started I was really scared. Thinking, what am I getting myself into now. The coaches are really knowledgeable and guide you right through the whole process. Coach Joe M is a great teacher. I really understood what he was teaching me and I could ask him anything I didn't understand. I still have a little ways to go in my new adventures but I'm happy to have these coaches by my side.

Learning how to invest in Tax liens and tax deeds. My Coach Ms.Tracy Lawton is very knowledgeable and she teaches how to use the system and tools available for investment decision making process. Not all liens are worth of investment. How do you know it is a good one? Her guidance and teaching are critical to my success as tax lien investor. She is very good.
