Coach Eric is Awesome! My coach, Eric Lloyd, has been awesome! He has guided me step by step through the process of acquiring tax liens & deeds, and I've learned a lot! The top level information about tax liens & deeds is great, but the devil is in the details once you dive int and Eric has been a great mentor through that process. I also liked that he would give me "homework" at the end of our sessions which gave me specific direction rather than maneuvering through the software on my own. I've purchased a few tax liens and converted one into a TDA, so waiting to see how that plays out. There's still a lot more to learn!

Having good coaches matters Well when I first started I was really scared. Thinking, what am I getting myself into now. The coaches are really knowledgeable and guide you right through the whole process. Coach Joe M is a great teacher. I really understood what he was teaching me and I could ask him anything I didn't understand. I still have a little ways to go in my new adventures but I'm happy to have these coaches by my side.
