The coaches are amazing! I started with one coach who was really patient with me during some technical difficulties. Then I had a few sessions with Stephanie and WOW, she really took me on a deep dive into what all the program provides. I came out of those sessions really ready to get down into it. Thanks UTL for all that you offer to help us succeed.

Angelo made sure I understood… Angelo made sure I understood everything that he explained and showed me step by step the process of inquiring Tax Deed properties. Because of that, I have no hesitation about purchasing property at a Tax Deed auction. Thank you, Angelo for taken the time to coach me.

Vivienne Osmena Review Vivienne Osmena has made my brother's and my first-year experience with United Tax Liens great! She has always been professional in all our dealings with her and promptly returned our calls/messages. However, most of all, Vivienne has been very kind and patient with John and me. We always felt she had our best interest at heart and wanted to provide a positive experience for us just starting on our tax lien journey. Mission accomplished. We are very grateful for you, Vivienne. Thank you for all you do!! Dr. John Goolsby Janet Helling
