Darrin is so nice doesn't mind calling all the agents to make sure we are approved despite of pre approval letter. Listing agents still want to talk to broker to make sure you are approved with the loan an able to execute the loan. Darrin and Jayne are very responsive even 7pm when I need to change the pre approval amount of loan Jayne send back within 10 minutes of updated pre approval loan.
