They helped us refinance for a lower… They helped us refinance for a lower rate using a bank statement loan on two separate occasions, saving us a lot of money each time. They were able to work with us through complicated issues, like remodeling the home, one of our businesses that had begun more recently, business use of a portion of the home, getting an appraiser at odd times. They were also very responsive in dealing with various issues that came up and just needed explanation or action on their part to fix. We now once again have a lower payment to enjoy as we sit fit!

Darrin is so nice doesn't mind calling all the agents to make sure we are approved despite of pre approval letter. Listing agents still want to talk to broker to make sure you are approved with the loan an able to execute the loan. Darrin and Jayne are very responsive even 7pm when I need to change the pre approval amount of loan Jayne send back within 10 minutes of updated pre approval loan. Darrin is a man with Work when he said 30 days we close. He really did execute within 30 days of the opening escrow. Very greatful with Homelife mortgage!
