From start to finish, we refinanced our home within 30 days, and that’s even amid the coronavirus shutdown. Lois was very prompt with replies and communicated efficiently. Majority of the communication was done electronically, via email, which I appreciate. I def commend. Easy peasy!

1st time home buyer There is only one thing that I did not like n was leery of. The fact that my loan agent was out of town. Came up a local phone number when he contacted me but the agency was located in another state. For being a first time home buying I would of preferred someone that I could of met n been able to go over paperwork in person.

Well done! I am so grateful to Brent and Lois Martin for getting me through the refinancing process, oh so ever promptly, as well as stress-free. They didn't realize how refinancing had been nagging me for a year prior, which truthfully gave me anxiety. Also, I received no kidding, at least 25 letters from potential companies to come on board to refinance; however, I couldn't get it completed.
