BEST MORTGAGE COMPANY EVER I just want to say as a realtor in the business since 1998 this is one of the best experiences I've had as a buyer. Michelle, Paula and Savannah were such a pleasure to work with and we closed under 30 days. I look forward to working with them again in the future and I am already recommending them to friends, family and clients. Their professionalism and outstanding work ethics were refreshing and being in the business that's not always how it is. You're company is blessed to have them.

1st time home buyer There is only one thing that I did not like n was leery of. The fact that my loan agent was out of town. Came up a local phone number when he contacted me but the agency was located in another state. For being a first time home buying I would of preferred someone that I could of met n been able to go over paperwork in person.

No matter how many questions we had (or my level of anxiety!) they got us to the right answer, made sure everything was running on track, and got us a great mortgage so we could buy our dream house. Well done! I am so grateful to Brent and Lois Martin for getting me through the refinancing process, oh so ever promptly, as well as stress-free. They didn't realize how refinancing had been nagging me for a year prior, which truthfully gave me anxiety. Also, I received no kidding, at least 25 letters from potential companies to come on board to refinance; however, I couldn't get it completed.
