Trusting and Compassionate I would like to take the time to acknowledge the outstanding assistance that we received from Ian Holck. We would not be in our home if it was not for the patients and attention to detail that Ian showed during the whole home buying process. My wife and I were homeless and desperately seeking a place to call our own. We submitted our loan paperwork to your company and the moment that Ian got involved our stress level decreased drastically. He took the time to always answer our questions and ensured we understood the process at every step. At one point we thought we had lost the home but in a matter of a day he was able to turn the whole thing around and we were approved for our home. What an amazing experience,there was… What an amazing experience,there was open communication that was fast!! Every other company was 120-160 days to close, we closed ours in just over 30 days!!! No gimmicks, no hoops to jump through, just simple honest folks treating vets right!!!

I was talking to at least 5 different lenders but Brent really connected with us and our needs and went that extra mile to explain every detail to us and even helped scrutinize other offers I had to give us the best deal. He was always there when we called or texted, and that really is what sold us. Some of the other big lenders were hard to get ahold of and moved slow. Brent and Ian and his team were highly responsive, great communicators, positive and professional always. It was very easy to get them documents and I will definitely be using them again in future. Great service, better people We had a great experience working with Brent and Lois at VeteransLoans. The VA Loan process is significantly different than a standard mortgage. It helped to have experts to go to with questions (even dumb ones). They were incredibly responsive, even taking time during their days off to deal with urgent paperwork. They were even great dealing with our...colorful...agent. I don't expect to need their services again for a long time, but when that time comes I will definitely be calling VeteransLoans. I can't recommend them enough.

Well done! I am so grateful to Brent and Lois Martin for getting me through the refinancing process, oh so ever promptly, as well as stress-free. They didn't realize how refinancing had been nagging me for a year prior, which truthfully gave me anxiety. Also, I received no kidding, at least 25 letters from potential companies to come on board to refinance; however, I couldn't get it completed.
