It was a wonderful, painless refinance experience. Early this year, when interest rates was nearing 3%, I tried contacting him again but he no longer works for that same company. So thru business social media, I looked up and found him again. Now, you don't go through that if you had a previous bad experience right? So we connected, again this was painless refinance, done in a month, so I had referred him to almost 10 past clients/friends (I am a Northern CA realtor). Everybody was so happy with their loan experience with Ted and this makes me happy as well.

No pressure, just professional service! It was all about me and what I wanted, no pushy salespeople breathing down my neck. Great experience!

Originating a mortgage with Asis… Originating a mortgage with Asis Lending was very easy and absolutely painless, despite the fact that it was during the peak of mortgage underwriting season. Excellent communication, everything was done on time, absolute transparency. I dealt with a number of other mortgage providers, and in most cases these other guys would come up with some additional surprise fees towards the end of the process. Nothing like that with Asis Lending. Here is the email I sent to my loan officer Jacob: Jacob, thank you very much. You have been incredibly, unbelievably good, helpful, honest and punctual. Fast, Friendly, and Efficient Service. Great Experience Overall. We had a great experience working with Laura Poetoehena on refinancing our mortgage. She was fast, friendly and efficient. Any questions I had were also answered pretty quickly. Our refi was set up on a very timely schedule without a hitch. I would highly recommend As Is Lending and Laura any day.
