It was a wonderful, painless refinance experience. Early this year, when interest rates was nearing 3%, I tried contacting him again but he no longer works for that same company. So thru business social media, I looked up and found him again. Now, you don't go through that if you had a previous bad experience right? So we connected, again this was painless refinance, done in a month, so I had referred him to almost 10 past clients/friends (I am a Northern CA realtor). Everybody was so happy with their loan experience with Ted and this makes me happy as well.
