We were disappointed to find others in the re-if market with similar circumstances and financial details were able to access rates that were nearly 10% lower than the rate at which we closed. An experienced, knowledgeable professional Kevin Leibowitz is the experienced professional everyone needs. I have trusted him twice - with our purchase and refinance, now. Kevin has a vast knowledge of mortgage products. He will connect the borrower with the best loan at the lowest price for their needs. Kevin is extremely responsive, quickly returning emails, often within minutes. Sometimes problems arise in the lending process, but they were dealt with right away.
