Extremely helpful and responsive Kevin, David, and Jackie have been extremely helpful and super responsive. We had a lot of moving parts in our mortgage: selling a house before buying, change of employer with an offer letter starting in more than 60 days, gift funds, etc. I totally panicked in the beginning, but Kevin was able to calm me down and guide me through the process.
