We still had immediate and close contact with him, and all paperwork was submitted and finalized electronically. We were able to do this based around our own schedule. First time for online mortgage refi First time we have ever dealt with mortage or refi on line. Read the reviews for Cal Loans and they were correct. In addition when u live in California it just makes sense to deal with a California company. Our broker was Mike Combe. He was personable, professional and knew his products.
