Great communication, closed ahead of schedule I called Mike out of the blue one evening, after shopping intensely for the best interest rate we could comfortably afford for a SFH purchase. Best Way to Refinance! It was such an easy process to refinance online with the help of our loan broker! We still had immediate and close contact with him, and all paperwork was submitted and finalized electronically. We were able to do this based around our own schedule.
