Great communication, closed ahead of schedule I called Mike out of the blue one evening, after shopping intensely for the best interest rate we could comfortably afford for a SFH purchase. In addition when u live in California it just makes sense to deal with a California company. Our broker was Mike Combe. He was personable, professional and knew his products.
