In addition when u live in California it just makes sense to deal with a California company. Our broker was Mike Combe. He was personable, professional and knew his products. A positive experience all around and handled totally by emails, phone calls, wire transfers. We would recommend Cal Loans to friends and utilize their services again. Refi on our son and DIL house.
