Great communication, closed ahead of schedule I called Mike out of the blue one evening, after shopping intensely for the best interest rate we could comfortably afford for a SFH purchase. He was very receptive to helping me, and he listened to what we were looking for. My main issue with speaking to other lenders/loan officers was the BS they would insert into the conversation as to why I should go with them - basically the long used car salesman pitch.
