He’s so knowledgeable, reliable and most importantly he was upfront with all the cost/fee from the beginning. He would answer all my questions within minutes if not seconds from my texts/phone call. Great communication, closed ahead of schedule I called Mike out of the blue one evening, after shopping intensely for the best interest rate we could comfortably afford for a SFH purchase. He was very receptive to helping me, and he listened to what we were looking for. My main issue with speaking to other lenders/loan officers was the BS they would insert into the conversation as to why I should go with them - basically the long used car salesman pitch. I got none of that from Mike. He was concise and straight to the point with exactly what we would be getting from Cal Loans Direct and the Lender, given our circumstances. They offered us the lowest rates we could find, but what really won me over was the transparency and openness we got from Mike and his team. He was very responsive via phone/text/email, answering questions throughout the process. We closed ahead of schedule and without a hitch. I absolutely recommend Mike and Cal Loans Direct for any purchases.

Tom Navarro is the best!!! Tom Navarro is the best in the business! He is extremely helpful, attentive, responsive, focused, knowledgeable, and always available. He is very well informed in all areas and provides a great service while also helping his client get the best! He was highly recommended by a few friends and I can totally see why.
