GBEasy, fast, and friendly I was thinking about going with another loan company, but they were not as available and their terms were much more limited on what the money could be used for. They were not as friendly as Rocket, either. Easy, fast, reliable. What more could one ask?

GBCouldn’t be happier Taking out a personal loan through Rocket Mortgage couldn’t have been easier. But the biggest surprise was how fast the process took!! From application (online) to receiving my funds took LESS THAN 24 hours!! I was really in disbelief when I went into my account and there it was. GBAllie at Rocket Loans very helpful/patient with a sync problem. I applied for a personal loan with Rocket Loans. Some information in my application to Rocket Loans did not sync up with information in my existing Rocket Mortgage (that I have had for nine years). When I called Rocket Loans to talk with someone about my application dilemma, I was referred to a customer service person - Allie. My problem was perplexing, but Allie was very patient with me in trying to determine what was wrong and to solve my problem. Eventually, Allie was able to identify the glitch and the sync error was corrected. My loan processed and was approved. Thank you Allie for being so helpful and so patient with me!

GBI'm 71 I'm 71, and not computer Savey so, Just How easy, simple, effective, efficient the loan process is/was. Five Stars!!!!
