Some information in my application to Rocket Loans did not sync up with information in my existing Rocket Mortgage (that I have had for nine years). When I called Rocket Loans to talk with someone about my application dilemma, I was referred to a customer service person - Allie. My problem was perplexing, but Allie was very patient with me in trying to determine what was wrong and to solve my problem. Eventually, Allie was able to identify the glitch and the sync error was corrected. My loan processed and was approved. Thank you Allie for being so helpful and so patient with me!
