GBAllie at Rocket Loans very helpful/patient with a sync problem. I applied for a personal loan with Rocket Loans. Some information in my application to Rocket Loans did not sync up with information in my existing Rocket Mortgage (that I have had for nine years). When I called Rocket Loans to talk with someone about my application dilemma, I was referred to a customer service person - Allie. My problem was perplexing, but Allie was very patient with me in trying to determine what was wrong and to solve my problem.
