From application (online) to receiving my funds took LESS THAN 24 hours!! I was really in disbelief when I went into my account and there it was. GBTurnabout is fair play… I’ve had my mortgage with Rocket for many years and simply wish to access the equity I’ve built up. Yet they feel compelled to charge unwarranted fees as if I am new customer like title search, appraisal, closing fees, etc. Don’t understand such business practice that now drives me to shop for better detail if no reciprocal loyalty or advantage. As a result I’m shopping other fintech options.
