GBAllie at Rocket Loans very helpful/patient with a sync problem. I applied for a personal loan with Rocket Loans. Some information in my application to Rocket Loans did not sync up with information in my existing Rocket Mortgage (that I have had for nine years). When I called Rocket Loans to talk with someone about my application dilemma, I was referred to a customer service person - Allie. My problem was perplexing, but Allie was very patient with me in trying to determine what was wrong and to solve my problem. Eventually, Allie was able to identify the glitch and the sync error was corrected. My loan processed and was approved. Thank you Allie for being so helpful and so patient with me!

GBTurnabout is fair play… I’ve had my mortgage with Rocket for many years and simply wish to access the equity I’ve built up. Yet they feel compelled to charge unwarranted fees as if I am new customer like title search, appraisal, closing fees, etc. Don’t understand such business practice that now drives me to shop for better detail if no reciprocal loyalty or advantage. As a result I’m shopping other fintech options.

GBGreat experience with Rocket Loans My first encounter was with Blake Buchanan. He was in mortgage loans because I was researching an equity loan but didn’t qualify. He got me to the personal loan department and they sent a link for the necessary application. It was a short and easy process. Had my money the next day.
