Every single person I speak to has a wonderful & lovely approach & is very understanding, empathetic but thorough with their information. GBFast and easy Quick, easy to navigate. This was the 2nd time I used Loan at Last to get quick cash to get me through a pinch. Everything was put in a format easy to understand and access. The only problem was understanding the agent who answered my call to finish setting up the loan. She spoke rapidly and ran her words together so that I couldn't understand what she was saying. I had to ask her to speak slower. Otherwise I would have given my experience a 5 star rating.

GBPerformance Review Loan at last is very helpful for my needs. However, I wish they should be able to lower their rate for on exiting customer like me. I spoke with one of the staff & she stated nothing she can do to reduce the rate nor payment because itโs already in process. I suggest that the staff should improve their customer service in order to gain more customers.
