There customer service representatives are little help or assistance when trying to do the right thing and settle or payoff your loan early. I’ve dealt with many other high interest loan companies that have been much more reasonable in the entire loan process. I would never use the company.

Performance Review Loan at last is very helpful for my needs. However, I wish they should be able to lower their rate for on exiting customer like me. I spoke with one of the staff & she stated nothing she can do to reduce the rate nor payment because it’s already in process. I suggest that the staff should improve their customer service in order to gain more customers.
