We had attended a reverse mortgage seminar by David Hochberg in Huntley and were thinking a reverse mortgage would work well in our situation, but Jose and his team did an evaluation for us that showed a reverse mortgage would not achieve what we needed to do. They then prepared a refinance option that did achieve our objectives and worked efficiently to get the process completed, approved and closed in about 6 weeks. We can now sleep well each night......THANKS!
