After getting a multitude of other lenders who flat said “NO” they couldn’t help with refinancing and several others who just said my situation was “too complicated”. Steve and Tina committed to the challenge and succeeded. They communicated every step clearly even providing tech support for IT challenged. Some people go the extra mile-Steve and Tina each went an extra five miles. I can thank them enough. I am truly blessed to have them throughout this process. Couldn't be happier As someone who has used Dave Ramsey's program to get out of debt I've been hearing Churchill advertise for years on the show. Dan was so easy to work with, very responsive and was so knowledgeable and helpful through the whole process.
