You could hear a genuine care, honest feedback, and that “heart of a teacher” type guidance. Will never use any other mortgage company again! We are sold on Churchill, and you must give them a go!

Quick, Smooth and Easy First off, Bill Elling was very clear and effective on my goal. He made every transaction smooth and the whole process was very pleasant! Tom Robinson was great to work with and… Tom Robinson was great to work with and a good advisor. Unlike other mortgage companies he spend time helping to determine if refinancing made sense for me, and we discussed options. Churchill was never pushy or rushing me and when I made a decision the team was very efficient, and transparent throughout the whole process. Great group to work with and very nice people.

The process getting approve for our mortage and the closing was fairly on time, and painless. it's really appreciated what this professional people did, specially because before Churchill, we spend almost a year dealing with another mortage company, and the only thing they did for us is damage. a big thank you to every body that work at Churchill mortage.-

We Were Just a Transaction. We've been followers of Dave for years and have been applying his principles to our finances until we decided to get a home with Churchill Mortgage. I would NOT advise Churchill. Our loan officer did not know anything, was very passive, gave excuses, and would give a fake apology if he made a mistake. After we finally closed, we were notified (in writing) that Churchill would retain our loan and remain our servicer for the entirety of our loan, and our loan would not be transferred. After only three payments to Churchill, our loan is scheduled to transfer to a mortgage company with unethical standards filed with BBB, CFPB, and many lawsuits. We went with Churchill because we felt and did our due diligence that they were the best option. Now we realize we were just a transaction and were not taken care of.
