Travel nurse approval As a travel nurse, getting a mortgage can be difficult. Every mortgage lender turned me away during the process except for Matt. He worked hard day and night to get the job done and answered all of my phone calls no matter how unimportant they were. I didn’t believe one person could have so many 5 star reviews until I worked with him and realized it was because no one is better than him. Trust Matt to get the job done! It was a process but one worth it all.

We Were Just a Transaction. We've been followers of Dave for years and have been applying his principles to our finances until we decided to get a home with Churchill Mortgage. I would NOT advise Churchill. Our loan officer did not know anything, was very passive, gave excuses, and would give a fake apology if he made a mistake. After we finally closed, we were notified (in writing) that Churchill would retain our loan and remain our servicer for the entirety of our loan, and our loan would not be transferred. After only three payments to Churchill, our loan is scheduled to transfer to a mortgage company with unethical standards filed with BBB, CFPB, and many lawsuits. We went with Churchill because we felt and did our due diligence that they were the best option. Now we realize we were just a transaction and were not taken care of.

Steve and Tina are awesome Steve and Tina are awesome. After getting a multitude of other lenders who flat said “NO” they couldn’t help with refinancing and several others who just said my situation was “too complicated”. Steve and Tina committed to the challenge and succeeded. They communicated every step clearly even providing tech support for IT challenged. Some people go the extra mile-Steve and Tina each went an extra five miles. I can thank them enough. I am truly blessed to have them throughout this process. I definitely will reach out to them if in need of purchasing or refinancing a home in the future.

Supportive of first time buyers, with one person cash-only Churchill Mortgage helped us purchase our first home, and our agent, Sandi Green, was exceptional. Buying a house can be a whirlwind, and we loved that Sandi took the time to clearly lay out what was happening, and why, and what the next steps were. Everyone on the Churchill team was friendly, proactive, quick to respond, and patient – we needed a lot of hand holding, and they did it without making us feel silly for not knowing what we didn't know. They were particularly helpful in establishing credit for my husband, as he lives cash-only. Loved working with them!
