She coached us on different options based on the properties we were looking at. We shopped around and Churchill gave us the best terms and rate among four different lenders. Nancy's team easily worked with our family's trust. Churchill was very rigorous in the approval process so there were no surprises later.

RUN! The mortgage went through several delays. They forgot to inform the insurance company and my homeowners ended up being canceled, which made my car insurance increase due to a canceled homeowners policy. They sent me a refund check, but emailed me that it never cashed. They sent it to the home I was renting, not the home they helped me purchase. Their title department didn't get the paperwork to the notary in enough time to print it all out and get here by the appointment time. They are nice people who are disorganized and have poor communication between departments. There is not one part of this process that went smoothly.

Travel nurse approval As a travel nurse, getting a mortgage can be difficult. Every mortgage lender turned me away during the process except for Matt. He worked hard day and night to get the job done and answered all of my phone calls no matter how unimportant they were. I didn’t believe one person could have so many 5 star reviews until I worked with him and realized it was because no one is better than him. Trust Matt to get the job done!
