RUN! The mortgage went through several delays. They forgot to inform the insurance company and my homeowners ended up being canceled, which made my car insurance increase due to a canceled homeowners policy. They sent me a refund check, but emailed me that it never cashed. They sent it to the home I was renting, not the home they helped me purchase. Their title department didn't get the paperwork to the notary in enough time to print it all out and get here by the appointment time. They are nice people who are disorganized and have poor communication between departments. There is not one part of this process that went smoothly.

Couldn't be happier As someone who has used Dave Ramsey's program to get out of debt I've been hearing Churchill advertise for years on the show. Dan was so easy to work with, very responsive and was so knowledgeable and helpful through the whole process. As someone who is assembling a "team" to help in areas of my life, (ex. insurance, taxes, real estate) Dan has become a valuable member. I truly feel like he wanted the best for my wife and I, which is a great feeling when making such a big purchase.

Niki is absolutely amazing Niki is absolutely amazing! If I could give more than 5 stars I absolutely would. Under the definition of above and beyond in the dictionary, Niki's name comes first. From handling all of my million questions to working on our deal while she was on vacation. Our situation was not an easy one to overcome and I always felt that she had our best interest at heart. Niki was persistent, always had clean and clear communication, very friendly and truly there to help where ever she could. The entire Churchill mortgage team was very friendly, knowledgeable and would highly recommend them!

We Were Just a Transaction. We've been followers of Dave for years and have been applying his principles to our finances until we decided to get a home with Churchill Mortgage. I would NOT advise Churchill. Our loan officer did not know anything, was very passive, gave excuses, and would give a fake apology if he made a mistake. After we finally closed, we were notified (in writing) that Churchill would retain our loan and remain our servicer for the entirety of our loan, and our loan would not be transferred. After only three payments to Churchill, our loan is scheduled to transfer to a mortgage company with unethical standards filed with BBB, CFPB, and many lawsuits. We went with Churchill because we felt and did our due diligence that they were the best option. Now we realize we were just a transaction and were not taken care of.
