Niki is absolutely amazing Niki is absolutely amazing! If I could give more than 5 stars I absolutely would. Under the definition of above and beyond in the dictionary, Niki's name comes first. From handling all of my million questions to working on our deal while she was on vacation. Our situation was not an easy one to overcome and I always felt that she had our best interest at heart. Niki was persistent, always had clean and clear communication, very friendly and truly there to help where ever she could. The entire Churchill mortgage team was very friendly, knowledgeable and would highly recommend them!

Travel nurse approval As a travel nurse, getting a mortgage can be difficult. Every mortgage lender turned me away during the process except for Matt. He worked hard day and night to get the job done and answered all of my phone calls no matter how unimportant they were. I didn’t believe one person could have so many 5 star reviews until I worked with him and realized it was because no one is better than him. Trust Matt to get the job done! It was a process but one worth it all.

Nancy Wendt was awesome to work with… Nancy Wendt was awesome to work with when completing all the paperwork for our new home loan. She coached us on different options based on the properties we were looking at. We shopped around and Churchill gave us the best terms and rate among four different lenders. Nancy's team easily worked with our family's trust. Churchill was very rigorous in the approval process so there were no surprises later.

Couldn't be happier As someone who has used Dave Ramsey's program to get out of debt I've been hearing Churchill advertise for years on the show. Dan was so easy to work with, very responsive and was so knowledgeable and helpful through the whole process. As someone who is assembling a "team" to help in areas of my life, (ex. insurance, taxes, real estate) Dan has become a valuable member. I truly feel like he wanted the best for my wife and I, which is a great feeling when making such a big purchase.

Steve and Tina are awesome Steve and Tina are awesome. After getting a multitude of other lenders who flat said “NO” they couldn’t help with refinancing and several others who just said my situation was “too complicated”. Steve and Tina committed to the challenge and succeeded. They communicated every step clearly even providing tech support for IT challenged. Some people go the extra mile-Steve and Tina each went an extra five miles. I can thank them enough. I am truly blessed to have them throughout this process.
