RUN! The mortgage went through several delays. They forgot to inform the insurance company and my homeowners ended up being canceled, which made my car insurance increase due to a canceled homeowners policy. They sent me a refund check, but emailed me that it never cashed. They sent it to the home I was renting, not the home they helped me purchase. Their title department didn't get the paperwork to the notary in enough time to print it all out and get here by the appointment time. They are nice people who are disorganized and have poor communication between departments. There is not one part of this process that went smoothly.

Couldn't be happier As someone who has used Dave Ramsey's program to get out of debt I've been hearing Churchill advertise for years on the show. Dan was so easy to work with, very responsive and was so knowledgeable and helpful through the whole process.
