Tom Robinson was great to work with and… Tom Robinson was great to work with and a good advisor. Unlike other mortgage companies he spend time helping to determine if refinancing made sense for me, and we discussed options. Churchill was never pushy or rushing me and when I made a decision the team was very efficient, and transparent throughout the whole process. Great group to work with and very nice people.

RUN! The mortgage went through several delays. They forgot to inform the insurance company and my homeowners ended up being canceled, which made my car insurance increase due to a canceled homeowners policy. They sent me a refund check, but emailed me that it never cashed. They sent it to the home I was renting, not the home they helped me purchase. Their title department didn't get the paperwork to the notary in enough time to print it all out and get here by the appointment time. They are nice people who are disorganized and have poor communication between departments. There is not one part of this process that went smoothly.

Very positive My life is a lot better now, thanks to the nice people at Churchill mortage. The process getting approve for our mortage and the closing was fairly on time, and painless. it's really appreciated what this professional people did, specially because before Churchill, we spend almost a year dealing with another mortage company, and the only thing they did for us is damage. a big thank you to every body that work at Churchill mortage.-
