You could hear a genuine care, honest feedback, and that “heart of a teacher” type guidance. Will never use any other mortgage company again! We are sold on Churchill, and you must give them a go!

Quick, Smooth and Easy First off, Bill Elling was very clear and effective on my goal. He made every transaction smooth and the whole process was very pleasant! Nancy Wendt was awesome to work with… Nancy Wendt was awesome to work with when completing all the paperwork for our new home loan. She coached us on different options based on the properties we were looking at. We shopped around and Churchill gave us the best terms and rate among four different lenders. Nancy's team easily worked with our family's trust. Churchill was very rigorous in the approval process so there were no surprises later.

RUN! The mortgage went through several delays. They forgot to inform the insurance company and my homeowners ended up being canceled, which made my car insurance increase due to a canceled homeowners policy. They sent me a refund check, but emailed me that it never cashed. They sent it to the home I was renting, not the home they helped me purchase. Their title department didn't get the paperwork to the notary in enough time to print it all out and get here by the appointment time. They are nice people who are disorganized and have poor communication between departments. There is not one part of this process that went smoothly.

Steve and Tina are awesome Steve and Tina are awesome. After getting a multitude of other lenders who flat said “NO” they couldn’t help with refinancing and several others who just said my situation was “too complicated”. Steve and Tina committed to the challenge and succeeded. They communicated every step clearly even providing tech support for IT challenged. Some people go the extra mile-Steve and Tina each went an extra five miles. I can thank them enough. I am truly blessed to have them throughout this process. I definitely will reach out to them if in need of purchasing or refinancing a home in the future.
