You could hear a genuine care, honest feedback, and that “heart of a teacher” type guidance. Will never use any other mortgage company again! We are sold on Churchill, and you must give them a go!

RUN! The mortgage went through several delays. They forgot to inform the insurance company and my homeowners ended up being canceled, which made my car insurance increase due to a canceled homeowners policy. They sent me a refund check, but emailed me that it never cashed. They sent it to the home I was renting, not the home they helped me purchase. Their title department didn't get the paperwork to the notary in enough time to print it all out and get here by the appointment time. They are nice people who are disorganized and have poor communication between departments. There is not one part of this process that went smoothly.

Mortgage process at it's finest! Chris and the team at Churchill made the home buying experience painless! Have purchased homes before and absolutely dreaded the mortgage process. Not any more! Buying a house can be a whirlwind, and we loved that Sandi took the time to clearly lay out what was happening, and why, and what the next steps were.
