Supportive of first time buyers, with one person cash-only Churchill Mortgage helped us purchase our first home, and our agent, Sandi Green, was exceptional. Buying a house can be a whirlwind, and we loved that Sandi took the time to clearly lay out what was happening, and why, and what the next steps were. Everyone on the Churchill team was friendly, proactive, quick to respond, and patient – we needed a lot of hand holding, and they did it without making us feel silly for not knowing what we didn't know. Travel nurse approval As a travel nurse, getting a mortgage can be difficult. Every mortgage lender turned me away during the process except for Matt. He worked hard day and night to get the job done and answered all of my phone calls no matter how unimportant they were. I didn’t believe one person could have so many 5 star reviews until I worked with him and realized it was because no one is better than him. Trust Matt to get the job done! It was a process but one worth it all.
