RUN! The mortgage went through several delays. They forgot to inform the insurance company and my homeowners ended up being canceled, which made my car insurance increase due to a canceled homeowners policy. They sent me a refund check, but emailed me that it never cashed. They sent it to the home I was renting, not the home they helped me purchase. Their title department didn't get the paperwork to the notary in enough time to print it all out and get here by the appointment time. They are nice people who are disorganized and have poor communication between departments. There is not one part of this process that went smoothly.

Quick, Smooth and Easy First off, Bill Elling was very clear and effective on my goal. He made every transaction smooth and the whole process was very pleasant! I have used Churchill Mortgage in the past and I will use them again if the need should arise. I definitely will refer my family and friends as the opportunity come up.
