Filed for the refund in July 2023 Filed for the refund in July 2023. Finally called in Jan 2024. Was told that a temporary hold had been put on the program but it would resume soon. Called back in two months only be put on hold for a half hour being told that I was next in line. Later told that no one was available and t leave a message or call back. Done so twice without contact.

After applying for the ERC on my own After applying for the ERC on my own, I was very skeptical of applying again. Javier Montoya did a great job explaining how Innovation Funding worked to help small business owners receive the refunds they were entitled too. Lisa Finsted was awesome at helping me through the application process and Tammy Bunkofske kept me update through the entire processs. They all were as excited as I was when the refund checks started coming in! What a sincere and genuine group to work with!

Don't take your accountant's opinion and leave money on the table. Everyone we worked with from Innovation Refunds was extremely helpful. We were told by two different accountants that we were not eligible due to prospering during COVID and/or due to our having taken PPP grants. IR, on the other hand, made it happen!! Thanks again.

I had heard about this program but I ignored it for a long time because I thought we weren't eligible. Then Innovation Refunds contacted me and what they said made me realize that I might be eligible. Now we are receiving checks.
