Great Experience - Awesome Team After being told I would not qualify by my CPA, I reached out to Innovation Refunds and let them give me their opinion. Not only did our company qualify, but they got us all the way through to receiving our checks. Jacqueline Drenth, Michael Orzechowski, and Kai Davis were awesome to work with, they kept us informed, always took our calls, and explained the process in detail. Well worth the price and wait Cadin was wonderful to work with. Though this process is lengthy (8 months to receive all checks) and the fee is steep (25%), it was well worth it. We received roughly $130,000 in tax credits from previous years. I tried to apply for the ERTC on my own and did not qualify based on financials alone.
