After hearing the commercials on the radio, we gave it a shot and were pleasantly surprised we qualified for over $100K. Matt Tidman was our rep and he made it straightforward and as easy as possible to get our refunds. Filed for the refund in July 2023 Filed for the refund in July 2023. Finally called in Jan 2024. Was told that a temporary hold had been put on the program but it would resume soon. Called back in two months only be put on hold for a half hour being told that I was next in line. Later told that no one was available and t leave a message or call back. Done so twice without contact.

From Willie Jones in the beginning of the process to Jeremy Shoars at the end, they were constantly on top of the situation and continued to follow up to make sure everything was right before our claim was submitted. They were very knowledgeable as to what was required to be successful. And the results speak for themselves as we are very happy.

Well organized The company is well informed and highly organized. They work quickly once you provide them with all the information that is required. They check in and inform you of where you are in the application process and if there are any steps needed. Matt Tidman was assigned as our point person and he was especially helpful and attentive.
