My loan is a Refinance My loan is a Refinance, so I have been through the process before. Ken was very postive all the way, however I started to become anxious when my file went to another department in the Home Office. They seemed to want to find ways to "not do" my loan, even after the apprasial came in over projection! I believe a reverse mortagage is to make life better for seniors, not more difficult. All's well that end's well, thanks to Ken holding my hand.

The personal care by the lender was extremely caring and helpful. She checked frequently with me, answering any questions through each step.
