The personal care by the lender was extremely caring and helpful. She checked frequently with me, answering any questions through each step. I knew I could contact her at any time if there was anything I did not understand and did answer in short time. I would definitely recommend them to others.

Reverse Mortgage refinance Just closed a refinance of reverse mortgage. Dealt with Richard Hawthorne throughout the entire process. He was very personable and caring whenever a setback came up. My understanding is my loan was his first with this company and he handled himself very well to be a new employee for them. I am sure his streamlining will only improve as his knowledge of their processes grows. Great guy to deal with overall.
