I had an ok experience applying for the… I had an ok experience applying for the loan, upon closing I realized the buydown rate was not used to estimate my first payment or subsequent payment of the life of the buydown. I reached out to the rep I dealt with and she informed me everyone has been fired and no amount of calls or voicemails are being returned. This is awful considering money was spent on this buydown. Now I'm stuck with having to either pay without the buydown or risk running into more problems for an error not made by me. This is a shame.
