Materially lower rates -- and they work quickly! We had been working with a local mortgage company here in Atlanta and expected to go with them. This company was offering a "free" refinance down the road as an incentive to go with them. Just as a "high level" check, I decided to get a quote from Real Genius. The rate quote came back more than 75 bps lower than the rate I had from the original company!
