This people are scammers This people are scammers. They sent you a notice on the mail that you are approved for a loan when you call they tell you you were not approved and try to consolidate your debts.

Credit Direct was great! Credit Direct was great! The process was a very nice experience. When I would hit a problem during the process, a Credit Direct representative would assist me making the process go smooth, being there to navigate me clear to the completion.

Very deceptive offer Very deceptive offer, said it was an offer based on credit in the last 30 days, which nothing had changed with my credit during that time, but the offer was much lower and at a very high interest rate, higher than the debt I was wanting to pay off. Just stay away!!!

Paid off high interest credit cards… Received loan quotes from Credit Direct affiliates, despite having mediocre but OK credit. Universal Credit app was smooth sailing, they funded us in 3 days. One Main Financial took longer and wanted more documentation because they did a secured loan using one of the cars as collateral. Still, both loans funded within a week. There was a third loan offer but the interest rate was higher than what we wanted to accomplish. Bottom line we had $20K of loan offers against a request of 36K. Tyler followed up and made sure the process was going smoothly for us .

Kindness and understanding Tyler was such a nice and understanding guy. Even with my hesitation to talk with him, he stayed calm and listened to my concerns and then even went out of his way to still help me another way even if it didn't mean exactly what he was originally supposed to speak with me about. Not many people do that. Then to top his amazing service off, he texted me to make sure there wasn't anything else he could help with a day later! A lot of people just brush you off but Tyler was amazing by far! Would definitely recommend a talk with him even if this kind of service isn't what you are looking for.
