Andrew (my representative) is what most… Andrew (my representative) is what most people wish they would encounter when in this situation; he is very thorough, very patient, very polite and very understanding. Any question he was not judge mental. He gave honest straight forward answers. Reassuring that he would be there now and in the future until this journey is over. Not just up front until he has my commitment. Seems like a great gentlemen and acts more like a lifelong friend vice a total stranger on the other end of a phone call.

Rebuild So far both Michael F and Kareena have made this transition to bright loan a less stressful and scary time. I appreciate there calming manners and look forward to working alongside of them both in rebuilding my debt.

He was oh so awesome and even thou I was with another merchant he was so damn helpful and not pushy and was still willing to answer any and everything I asked and even told me I mad a great decision.
