My experience with Bright Loan Plus was excellent… My experience with Bright Loan Plus was surprisingly amazing. I never trust cold call companies, but these folks are a top shelf group. Sarah Lambi was awesome! She spent over an hour with me answering all my questions. If she didn't have an answer she went to Andrew, boss and came back with the answer. They have been totally transparent with the how's of the process, and why's of the process. I asked for 24h to do my due diligence on looking them up on the internet and looking at reviews as well as Attorney General and Better Business bureau sites. I did sign with them the next day and finally got a good nights sleep. I will come back and update this after my first quarter of payments are made with my thoughts.

I am most pleased that the representative who guided me through the process was Brad Mullins. There was never any pushiness or hard selling. We conversed; I had lots of questions; Brad took the time to thoroughly address my questions and concerns, educating me on so much I did not know. He earned my trust. We began talking January 23rd and concluded matters February 8th, partly due to my busy schedule at work.
