Never to much trouble I have used Prosperity almost from the off, and developed a really good relationship with Andrew, I have never once felt a nuisance if I have needed to talk to him. Very pleased with the returns I have had in these turbulent times and how I am kept informed on how they see the markets. Would recomend them just for the piece of mind that my savings are safe and working hard.

Simon Kirkpatrick has been our adviser for some years now and the fact he is so approachable, can 'translate' investment/pensions language, into a language we can understand and help make informed decisions about, is hugely valued. The fact we can have a home visit, especially for my elderly Mum is also something rather special, it has meant that she too feels more independent. Such a business model like this is something other businesses need to emulate as it works, at all levels.

His, and his teams analysis was broad reaching and he gave me options with outline benefits, and possible drawbacks, to enable me to make an informed decision. He was then more than happy and very honest about a decision we jointly arrived at. In summary, very personable, professional available anytime, even outside of hours and a pleasure to work with.
