My 'interest only' mortgage was coming to an end and the original loan needed to be repaid. It would have been impossible to repay it without selling up and I wanted to stay in my bungalow. Following a valuation on my bungalow they managed to find a Mortgage Company willing to offer me a 'Lifetime' mortgage, which I accepted. I can stay in my bungalow for the rest of my (and my partner's) lives without a monthly mortgage repayment fee to pay. I cannot praise them highly enough. I was and am completely delighted and can now enjoy a worry free retirement.
