A great percentage of my experience (decades actually) involved working with and representing "life insurance experts" (mostly independent producers) in a very wide array of transactions and litigation. I recently needed to make a decision about my personal life insurance. I was pretty sure about what I should or should not do. Geoff and the Voya experience - rated PG13 Geoff pursued this for me as if it was his one and only priority. I know he has many different clients he assists on a daily basis, but I always felt that he gave this his personal attention. When I would call it would be “Hey Dave”, NOT oh uh Hi, can I get your birth date, policy number, or some other info where it would make you feel like ‘just a number’. You, (I) was his most important client is how he handled all my ridiculous issues with Voya. He hung in there till the bitter end. That is meant in a good way, not a bad way. I greatly appreciate all of his efforts and time with this. Thank you. PS the date of experience is todays date, but he has been working on this since May of last year.
