Great Dealing with a professional. While we were not able to achieve what I wished, Darren made everything clear, kept me informed, was interested in my needs, and was professional at each encounter. I contacted other providers who spend a lot of money on TV ads. The ads are misleading because you must be near death to make things happen. From day one to minute one, Darren explained and answered all the questions. I would highly recommend him to anyone.

I know he has many different clients he assists on a daily basis, but I always felt that he gave this his personal attention. When I would call it would be “Hey Dave”, NOT oh uh Hi, can I get your birth date, policy number, or some other info where it would make you feel like ‘just a number’. You, (I) was his most important client is how he handled all my ridiculous issues with Voya. He hung in there till the bitter end. That is meant in a good way, not a bad way.
