From the very first contact with… From the very first contact with Darius, and for the rest of the transaction of our reverse mortgage, there was a feeling of trust and safety. Also, in our lifetime of dealing with bankers, we often times were treated as if they were doing us a favor. At no time did we feel other than respected and appreciated for our business. During the transaction we were given easily understood instructions and explanations of what a reverse mortgage is and how it works. The transaction was completed in a courteous and timely matter, and we were contacted afterward, to make sure everything was to our satisfaction.

Jay Zayer was amazing. I was in a difficult situation requiring a reverse mortgage. Jay Zayer was my agent. He went Above the call of duty. I was trying to get the complex I lived in FHA approved so I could live there. The complex gave me a very difficult time and Jay went to meeting after meeting to try to explain to them that it would be that beneficial. They were non-bending. He spent so much time helping me always answering my phone calls. To no avail, the complex would not work with us. I finally did find another condo and Jay was with me the whole time, working with me. He explained everything to me in layman‘s language.
