Very satisfied with the service… Very satisfied with the service received from Certified Rate and Paul to refinance our mortgage. The process went smoothly and mostly done online; except the mobile notary for the loan closing.

I work in the mortgage industry and… I work in the mortgage industry and sought out the services of Certified Rate to get help with a HELOC I wasn't able to get on my own. The process was shockingly smooth and the terms were great. Certified Rate has a HELOC program that allowed me to cash out a lot more of my home's equity than my own lenders could.

Smooth and transparent re-financing I just re-financed with Certified Rate. It was a great experience working with them. It was very smooth and very transparent process. In this process I worked with Paul Giangrande, and he was very helpful throughout the process. Paul was always available, and he provided very useful information throughout the re-financing process. During process Pam also helped us, she was also very nice and quick in responses. Before re-financing I did a shop around, but I could not find better rate than what Certified Rate provided. More importantly, Paul was very honest upfront and he was very professional. I am really happy I worked with Paul and Pam.

Excellent service. Low fees and rates. Excellent service, excellent communication throughout the loan process. Also very low fees. Best rates by far compared to other mortgage companies. Even companies like Network Capital that promise to “beat any locked loan offer and rate“. I sent NC the locked offer from Certified Rate and they couldn’t come close despite their earlier promise. Paul and his whole team were efficient, professional, and most importantly honest. Would definitely recommend Certified Rate to anyone looking for a mortgage or refinance.
