Even the sellers closing attorney was impressed From the start, I was made to feel at ease about the entire process...each and every assigned person along the way treated me as though I were their only client...always, always getting a response to emails and/or phone messages...no lost paperwork or required documentation as everything was uploaded or e-signed!.......when I wanted to increase the pre approved amount...no problem and done!....best home buying experience I've ever had the pleasure of being a part of! Even the sellers closing attorney was impressed to see we were in possession of the closing package in advance of closing and had the chance to review it at leisure...Who does that?...RK Mortgage Group does that!!!! I highly recommend RK Mortgage Group every chance I get.

Best in the business I went to Joelle after my other mortgage broker gave me a pre qualification, let me sign a contract and then informed me he couldn’t make it happened. I called Joelle in a panic, and she got me approved and saved my contract. She worked hard to make sure I received the lowest rate and the best deal. I would not have my new home without her.

Great Job! Our experience with RK was wonderful from start to finish. We always knew exactly what we needed to do during our refi process. We really didn't think we would be able to refinance but these guys were able to make it happen. We now have a significantly lower monthly payment and this is amazing! Thank you RK Mortgage!.

PLEASE SHOP AROUND We have 3 lenders on the table and RK mortgage always higher than others. RK also the hardest one to deal with. They agreed on the rate then next day they don’t agree with that rate anymore and unwilling to work for borrowers. We end up using preferred lender 30 year fixed, lower interest and lower points and also receive 5k closing cost incentive. Please shop around. They are not the best

Great experience! I've went through a mortgage process for a couple times for the past few years, and this was so far the most pleasant and smoothest experience. Starting from the communications, rates and processing time, everything was on the top. Highly recommend!
