I received in the mail, a personal business card, as well as info on company policy, so I kept saving and tried out the buy gold option as well. It is my first order and I ordered the last day of the quarter, so it did not register as vaulted like the other bars. I sent a chat and , I received an in depth email response not only to clarify cut off dates, but also to explain the tracking process as well as moving my order to vaulted and delivering my full qtr of savings.
