They are so helpful and always just an email away. I always get a message back from them saying how can we be of help. I feel their prices are very much in line and I don't have to worry about storage for the products. There is an accounting anytime I want to log in to see where I am with my savings and or what's in storage. I wouldn't go anywhere else for my Gold and hope they begin the Silver savings really soon.
