I have been a part of 31p1 since its… I have been a part of 31p1 since its beginning. Very happy with the company and they have always been there to help me with my savings needs. They are so helpful and always just an email away. I always get a message back from them saying how can we be of help. I feel their prices are very much in line and I don't have to worry about storage for the products. There is an accounting anytime I want to log in to see where I am with my savings and or what's in storage. I wouldn't go anywhere else for my Gold and hope they begin the Silver savings really soon.

A gold company that lives by the golden rule! I became acquainted with 31P1 five years ago. This was the first time I had purchased any kind of valuable metal. I like being able to purchase gold a little bit at a time by saving each month for it. Their prices are among the best that I've seen in looking at different companies that sell gold, the form they sell their gold in is very convent for someone who likes retaining their own gold, and (if you'll pardon the pun) their service follows the GOLDen rule. I highly recommend this company for someone who is new to purchasing gold.

Customer service has been excellent. I get customer service right away! I have the option to store my gold or get it mailed home. It's a great investment!

FANTASTIC CUSTOMER SERVICE !!! I am a very skeptical person. I tried this service out, cautiously accepting their starter deposit and then deposited enough for 1 g. I received in the mail, a personal business card, as well as info on company policy, so I kept saving and tried out the buy gold option as well. It is my first order and I ordered the last day of the quarter, so it did not register as vaulted like the other bars. I sent a chat and , I received an in depth email response not only to clarify cut off dates, but also to explain the tracking process as well as moving my order to vaulted and delivering my full qtr of savings. Fantastic service, quick and concise response. 31p1 your AWESOME ! Anyone on the fence about them, they are solid.
