Swan Bitcoin is NOT better! Might be WORSE! I was very excited to leave Coinbase and Kraken after the horrible experience I’d had. I downloaded the Swan bitcoin app and I was excited to finally be on an app that seemed to have a company that shared my values and the values of bitcoin more broadly! Boy was I wrong. I set up auto-draft ach to come out of my checking account since I had intended on being out of the country for an extended period of time. Since the day I had selected was had already passed. So obviously it won’t clear out my checking account that I NEEDED for the trip I had planned to enjoy the having while in ATL getting a visa to visit an African Nation, RIGHT?! WRONG, WRONG, WRONG, WRONG! It came out early and ruined my trip and pushed back my trip to Africa to marry my Fiancé. Where I come from we have a say: “He who is faithful in what is little, will be faithful in much.” Swan Bitcoin clearly cannot handle something simple like this, that does not inspire the confidence I need for them to be trusted with handling my money! If they don’t trip over themselves to make this right, I’m going to jump down off Olympus and show them why treating customers like turds won’t be tolerated anymore. Updates to follow!
