Disappointed I am a small regional bank client in Florida, and through numerous attempts to connect my bank to do ACH transactions, they were not able to connect my bank. While we were working on this issue, Swan closed my account and that was the end of it. The customer service team I was working with and said there was nothing they could do and that was it. So much for helping more individuals get into bitcoin.
